Important updates regarding COVID-19
We wish to advise all our wonderful wholesalers it is business as (semi)usual for SKINNED. However we would like to advise our customers of the potential shipping delays/impacts for orders currently being sent throughout the world.
If you have any queries at all regarding your order please contact Australia Post first with your tracking number.
DELIVERY & HANDLING TIME
We know you want your new SKINNED products asap, therefore all orders are sent within 1 - 2 business day after payment of invoice is received and are only sent on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. For example-
orders placed on Sunday will be sent Monday, orders placed on Wednesday will be sent Friday and so on. During peak times there may be a slight delay in getting your order our however we will update you on any delays.

Our business is adapting to the challenges presented by the pandemic, which means our normal practice of delivery has been impacted. As a result, we’re experiencing substantial delays in our network.
These delays are due to:
- a reduction in air freight capacity and passenger flights (which also carry our parcels)
- a significant increase in parcels volumes, many of which require manual sorting
- health and safety requirements in our network (such as social distancing through zoning, and dedicated shift start times to reduce cross-over of workers)
We know these delays are frustrating, and we’re doing everything we can to keep delivering as safely and quickly as possible.
Victoria destined parcels
With the massive demand and current workforce capacity constraints in Victoria, we foresee an additional 3-day delay for all deliveries in Victoria.
Express Post delays
Our Express Post service is seeing significant delays in delivery. This means that while we continue to prioritise Express Post, and most parcels shipped via this service arrive on time, some could take 5 business days or more to reach their destination.

Parcel Post and StarTrack Road Express parcels may be delayed. We’ll provide further updates as soon as we can.
Sending overseas – new customs requirements apply
Senders must now provide customs information electronically prior to posting international parcels and express letters to certain countries. Articles sent without this information may be delayed or returned to sender. MORE INFO
